6th Avenue Corridor

In 2011, the CDL partnered with 6th Avenue Corridor Inc. a non-profit dedicated to the promotion and revitalization of the neighborhoods along the avenue. The CDL conducted research to understand the present conditions and plan for the future. The resulting report showcases three major studies conducted for the 6th Avenue, Inc. including:
1) Building and property assessment,
2) Green infrastructure solutions for stormwater management and environmental health, and
3) Parking availability and usage assessment.
