Vision 2020 and CDL held community meetings to gather feedback on opportunities for synergy and growth in the downtown district. The CDL proposed a master plan: Think! Connect to create a vibrant arts and entertainment district to enhance the downtown. This plan also enhances streetscapes to provide recreational opportunities.
